Ridge Monkey bivvey lamp
1 of 1 found this helpful This lamp is well worth its money, I’m well impressed with its 180 hour battery life before it needs another charge. It comes with a remote control with the option of three different colours white, green and red all have a + and - features on the control for your brightness and colour requirements. I presume the battery life of 180 hours is when the lights are on low and not on the brighter option as your using more battery life. The reason for the lamp change of colours I guess is mainly for the summer months where a white light will attract more bugs and the red and green light do not attract as many bugs. I’ve taken some photos of this lamps capable features the first two are bright and dim White the other two are of green and red bright only. One last important thing it comes with a magnetic strip at the back of the lamp with a separate bar so you can attach it to the inner skin of your bivvey, this truly is a lamp and a half. I hope this has made your mind up about buying a nice piece of kit to ad to your fishing equipment and adventures.
