smart core exercise machine
2 of 3 found this helpful Very pleased; I'm 65, retired and was in danger of just walking and sitting. With this I can start the day fighting back, for 12 minutes or so at the moment, may increase, may not but I emerge into the day, feeling arm muscles responding and at least I'm fighting back. Too early to see physical change but it's not about that for me. At £35, new on ebay, less than half price, it was excellent value and I would probably pay full price for one.
