Excellent night vision with amazing value.
1 of 1 found this helpful These are the best performing night vision goggles at the price point (and probably the only binocular night vision that cost this little too). The sets are in good condition for their age and work excellently. Keep in mind, these are still using gen 1 standard IIT tubes, so a 850nm IR illuminator is still recommended for these goggles to perform at their best.

Excellent collectibility, function and value.
Mask came in excellent condition with a full kit. Package includes 4 filters including one EO-62K filter from 1993. The mask + the 1993 filter were tested against incense along with a cat's litter box and were able to stop the odors completely. Definitely recommended, especially at this low price.

Excellent value in a perfectly functional and feature rich mask - but it's not perfect.
2 of 2 found this helpful For its price the GP-7V delivers an excellent amount of value. It is perhaps the most feature-rich mask available for less than 30 USD. Big plus points for the GP-7V go to its amazingly clear voice diaphragm and easy to use drinking system. The masks are also in excellent condition and still in their original factory bags with the original plastic face forms. Moreover, this is the lowest priced GP-7V kit that includes the canteen.
However, this mask isn't perfect. The mask has no tissot tube system and no orinasal cup so they do tend to fog up especially when being worn without a filter attached. However, this fogging can be eliminated by using the anti-fog lenses supplied with the mask or by using anti-fog sprays (literally costs just 99 cents on ebay).
The kit is also sent with GP-5 filters (which is risky to breathe through as they are confirmed to contain asbestos) and GP-5 anti-fog lenses but these are minor issues. The GP-5 anti-fog lenses, despite being made for the GP-5, still work well on the GP-7V. And regarding the issue with filters, GP-7K and MS-4 filters are compatible with MS available on ebay for cheap and arguably newer and safer than GP-5 filters.
