Missing - plastic gasket for direct die, all screws for direct die mount and the orange screwdriver also. Thought from the photos it was complete - should have contacted seller and requested photos. Padded case was emptied and used to pad the actual box, all metal contents were tossed randomly in the box - the direct die mount itself was scratched. Seller communication? Excellent product! Very long lasting and incredible clean!
I bought this just because I left my charger at the hospital. I've had this same toothbrush for at least 12 years, the LCD screen is cracked and doesn't work but the toothbrush still functioned fine all this time.
I ordered this for the charger but figured I'd have a back up toothbrush or give it to my girlfriend. She already shares mine using her own brush heads.
But this brush seems stronger then my 12+ year old brush so I'm using it full time.
It also shipped to me much quicker then I expected.
