  This customer left us negative feedback which we accept and learn from but this was without any discussion or opportunity to remedy their issue. Two weeks later we got a refund request. We replied simply requesting the item's return because we were a little dubious to the issue in the first instance. On numerous occasions the buyer has refused to return the item and demanded a refund. If I could I would retract my previous positive feedback and make it neutral. If only for the issues after sale.
