Good value, strong, works well, easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second belt - the first one lasted several years and only had to be replaced because the spring inside the battery compartment finally broke after years of struggling to force the first battery into place. I notice the device has been modified to eliminate that particular spring.
The belt exercises the tummy muscles well and I like it because, being someone who finds doing exercises boring, I can have the effect of doing half an hour's sit-ups while I do jobs around the house, cooking, cleaning, ironing, setting my hair, etc.
I still find the battery compartment a bit tricky installing the first of the 3 AAA batteries.
By the way, I am a 79 year old, reasonably fit, woman.
