OK, but NOT full ac speeds
This is a neat enough little device and installs fine in W10 without searching for drivers (in fact the one on the realtek website is older than the one Windows installs) so don't bother looking there.
Connection speeds do not live up to expectations though - I could only get 433mbs even on 5Ghz and close to the router. and this dropped off quickly moving even 10 feet away. This might be a limitation of USB2 as none of my devices have USB3. Other new devices on my network can get full ac speeds so I know its not the network. If you have a really old device and only have a 54g NIC installed this might be worth while but I got better speeds out of an OEM a/b/g/n card than this one at any distance.

Good value replacement
Perfect replacement for my oven control panel light. Used Crompton bulbs for years and they are good value and last as well as more expensive products

Ok if you like this sort of thing
I bought this as a gift for my wife as she had specifically hinted about it. Nice enough for what it is but personally I would have preferred to get the mostly plain crystal one with s balloon that is part of a set with Tigger etc. These things are over priced
