A very good to any Strat
Helps both stability of tuning and resonance/sustain

Wide variety of tones available - lovely guitar
1 of 1 found this helpful Was already familiar with the standard V100 range, which I love - but the mu has a particularly wide range of tones available due to the stacked P90s and the varicoil control. There is also of course the bonus of having a whammy bar - which works very well and doesn't appear to affect the tuning.. It's a heavy and well built guitar (like most Vintage brand guitars that I have come accross), and is a delight to play. The only thing I would warn against is how it is used in terms of feedback - being used to humbuckers I stood slightly to the side and in front of my amp as I usually do with my standard V100; the feedback issues were terrible - despite the varicoil; this was simply due to inexperience on my part with P90s. I also learnt that for me it is best to use slightly less gain on the amp settings.All in all, a stunning guitar!!
