Balls back on my DDR3
Templates fit the chip I had brilliantly, and there are machined recesses in the base to suit the various mouldings of the different types of chip.
Whilst re-balling is not super easy (I used new 0.45mm lead free balls - but I understand you CAN use these with solder paste), I was able to successfully complete my first ever re-balling in two attempts. (I'm sure a more experienced hand would have no issue).
The only difficulty I had really (no fault of this product), was holding the small DDR ram chips in place whilst working, as I did not have a chip holder jig. (And I'm unsude what jig one would use for these small non-square chips).

Generally good, had to clean a bit of mystery dirt (looked a bit like rust, but not sure it was) from the power adapter connection, but otherwise great.

Perfect fit, good quality housing.
Fixed up our old damaged key perfectly. The new housing was a great fit for the old parts (transponder and blade).
