You get what you pay for
OK is probably the best way to describe it. For $16 you can't beat it but it's also worth exactly $16. The top part is fairly sturdy for a mic stand but the clamp and the way it attaches for the arm is quite flimsy. In my case I'm happy to modify it so no issues there but if you're looking for a strong and sturdy stand pay more and get another one.

I love these.
Second lot I've ordered. Solid and with positive connection. The wire is thick, probably unnecessarily so but make a solid impression.

It's a solid no frills Seiko
Well made, the strap is basic but very comfortable. Watch is a decent size. Not a monster but not small either. Quite easy to read with decent lume. Well priced for what it is and definitely good as a every day or outdoor activities style watch.
