Works ok Only issue is no positive click so you really need to look at counter as you board passengers

Useful machine
i have used this product for 20+ years in a commercial operation and have had many over the years. it always breaks in the same place at the neck where pressure is applied to turn the device, but it is over a lot of use. Overall it is a good machine, just wish there was an electric device that had the wattage and power to do the job quickly.
