I was sent the wrong book and then told it was out of stock
I was sent the wrong book. Then told they didn't have in stock what they were advertising. Just not good enough

All about the author and not the team he led
Some of the content was interesting but the author wanted to take the credit for everything. He was part of a team. You would never have known that. Self obsessed and all about him. The book really angered me. Wish i had never read it.
