Not good quality
The plastic that holds the 'hammer, needs to be stronger because when it was dropped on the ground (its used by old people ) the plastic moulding that holds the hammer breaks and the metal hammer drops out making it useless.
I have a broken one if you want to see the results .

They should use better quality components .
This is the second one in five years. A product that is designed to work in an outside environment should last longer that this at this price.
