the master of ragtime guitar - Blind Blake
Blind Blake is my favourite of the old order ragtime/blues guitarists.
The recordings are taken from old 78's and therefore you have to put up with the less than perfect quality.
Most of his better known titles are there with two or three others which I have not come across before.
If you are a guitar player try and copy Mr Blake,if you succeed I'll buy anything you come up with!.

Having seen Tommy live at Lichfield Cathederal (the guys a genius) anything by him is worth a listen.This collection lives up to his monster playing technique.If you are a guitar player like me you have to check him out but beware because you will never want to play again!.
