Judge 500ml or 650ml Thermal Insulated Sauce Gravy Serving Jug Jugs Pot

Poor heat retention

Product described as non-drip but it does drip. It is advertised as being double walled for insulation therefore I cannot understand why the outside of the jug is hot. This means the heat is escaping through the wall of the jug so I am not surprised that it does not retain heat for more than about 15-20 minutes. Disappointing.
