These feet are made for walking.
I have never bought in soles before. But I suffer knee and foot pain. I put these in two pairs of shoes and I could immediately walk more comfortably. I find the insides of shoes quickly wear and you have to add a new insole. I was buying cheap ones just to soften the inside of my shoes. That is all they did. These ones do so much more. Very pleased. Fast delivery reasonable price.

The honey is in a very big jar. It can only be made where only Buck wheat is grown. Beautiful taste.
