I wish I could say something positive
Just spent a week touring in France with this and it had me tearing my hair out.
Plastic screen cover randomly adhered to my phone screen making if almost impossible to see clearly; additionally the glare from it in any sunshine blanked it completely. Just put a slightly matt finish to the outside surface and you'd solve the latter problem Givi.
There's a separate packing piece which is loose and if I had a euro for every time it fell out when I was putting my phone in i'd be able to pay the UK's Brexit bill.
There's a slot at the bottom to feed the charging lead through and it's hopeless. Firstly there's a lip just inside it which entirely blanks the socket. Even after I had cut an additional slot it was still impossible to feed the lead into the socket without entirely dissembling and fiddling with it whilst dropping that bl***y packing piece again. After about ten iterations of this the lead broke because it was continually bent by the operation.
And the slot isn't wide enough to allow you to plug in a jack for headphones either so you're on bluetooth and draining that battery (which you can't charge) even more quickly.
And finally, the plastic screen reduced the sensitivity so much that it became a complete lottery whether or not you could move from screen to screen or around a screen.
Givi, please go back to the drawing board. Most of this would be simple to put right.
