Horse tablets.
2 of 4 found this helpful I bought the chrominum picolinate tablets that are very effective and very easy to swallow. They are very tiny. These on the other hand are far to large to be swallowed comfortably. I have not taken many of them and have a full pack. I will not purchase these again.

Just awful!
Just so horrible! It doesn't look like the photo at all. It's just so long, big and drab! The buckle as also rusty brown!
