Efficient Se5
Service was efficient and the product is well made. I will not know how sturdy it is until the warmer weather comes.

Makes floor cleaning easier
I use it on my LBT floors which are laid throughout my bungalow. I have always liked Flash floor cleaner. The Power Mop makes it so much easier.

Packaging needs improvement.
It seems to work OK. It is quite thin and must have been bent in transit as it has two areas of slight distortion on opposite edges. This does not affect its performance.
