second rate faulty product not indicated as such.
unfortunately the product has no yellow in the colour so everything comes out in green or blue. Not sure if it's just a faulty one, but am very disappointed.I paid so little for it so I have not bothered to try to get my money back or lodge a complaint,as it was some time after I purchased the product that I placed it into my HP printer. Had I placed it in the printer as soon as I received it I would have lodged the complaint.
