Totally misleading - only half arrived
Having purchased this item, which clearly illustrates and describes a monopod and foot, I was astonished to find that I would only receive the foot!
Based on my observations, I find the foot to be rigid and foldable
However, it is only good for perfectly flat surfaces!
If you’re considering this for mixed terrain, forget it, there is no adjustment on the thread, nor can you adjust the feet!
Basically, you’re paying for a colourful paperweight!
As far as the monopod is concerned, I can’t comment on that mythical creature, it does not exist!
It should also be noted that the thread on the foot is 3/8 and not 1/4”, this will cause lots of compatibility issues as most monopod bases are 1/4” socket, you’d need a pretty chunky 3/8 to 1/4 adaptor to make this work
The adaptor required will add weight to your kit bag!
I’ve covered all the bases, and as a pro photographer, I wouldn’t use this!
Hopefully, I can send it back!
I won’t be caught by this again!

You get what you pay for
In a nutshell, this item is a 60 minute mechanical egg timer with a 1/4 screw!
You can use it for timelapsing on light items such as camera phones, GoPro etc!
It has very little torque so can only be used when flat, if you’re hoping to tilt-forget it!
All in all, it’s sturdy, light and basic
The integrated legs help but I always use mine with a tripod for stability
It does the job for the price

Be careful what you buy
These screens are amazing, they add a new dimension to the GoPro, albeit at the expense of the battery but you can always switch it off
I bought several of these recently, on the understanding that they were refurbished, they were not! Two were broken!
I had imported them too, so had to pay tax (which I lost)
If you’re going to buy these, buy them in the country you are in and if possible, buy new!
If you can’t buy new, buy from a trusted trader and always read the feedback
Don’t get caught like I did!
On another note, don’t forget that you need to get the deeper case back for this screen, preferably with the touch screen option
Good luck
