Visible difference and feeling
Feel leaner, belt tightening, but actually heavier, must be muscle mass from pumping and yoga, swimming also.
Absolutely nothing wrong and feel like I’m tightening up and only change in mix of supplements is this

Good product that does what it says on the tin.
Gets you the pump your looking for, easily absorbed, noticeable in 30 mins. Extra reps with heavier weights.
Good value, no headaches or dry throat. Daily exercise 3 before 3 after, no slump afterwards.

Very disappointed
Been running my engine since I bought it, 10 days or so, hasn’t put my inspection lights out and hasn’t made any difference to how the vehicle feels, still not revving out and feeling like there’s a power cut out in higher rev range.
Only 66k on the clock so it’s not a high milage start stop engine as I only use it for runs 10 miles plus as a rule of thumb
