  Item never arrived. I then got a note from Royal Mail saying the seller didn’t pay the full postage and I needed to pay to release the package. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing and looking at previous feedback, the seller does this often. Stay clear unless you want to pay hidden postage fees!!

  Order arrived inside grey plastic envelope, no bubble wrap protection so bottle of liquid was not even inside its box which was crushed, cap on bottle had cracked and half had fallen off so packaging was obviously insufficient for contents, disappointing!!
