Sadly, whilst the item was fine, the box was battered to the end of its life and carelessly left on my front yard by Yodel despite them being told to leave with a specific neighbour! The communication from PetsApply has been class tbf, not their fault that Yodel are careless.

Not sellers fault but items arrived separately due to delivery mix up and one item clearly damaged by delivery company (covered in their company parcel tape) but luckily none of contents missing.
