Very Powerful!!!!
Its a lovely product to use, so powerful!! I had a few emails from a person in the offices as it did not arrive in a usable condition. The first person was lovely, but the 2nd peerson to email was very curt indeed!! Needs to brush up on email politeness. However it took 2 of us to unravel the hose. Instructions are not as easy to understand as you would think, many re-reads, and its not consistant either, but we managed after 1 hr!
There are a few design faults, the handle is not really long enough if you are 5'10" or over as you have to stoop. The rewind hose handle can and does pinch you between thumb and foredfinger, drawling blood. This actually hapened to both of us. Overall, its a very very powerful machine, very efficient, wonderful value and far better than the other brand we often see around. Be ultra careful at what you aim the highest presure nossle at as you can make holes in stone work with it, and quite rightly as the booklet says Dont Point at people! I am very pleased indeed!

Heat Defuser Mat
I had been looking for one of these for ages in the shops but only found them really expensive. Then I bought a new Gas hob and its not as controlable as I would like. Lo and Behold they poped up on Ebay! So much so Im going to buy some for my friends and another 1 for myself. No more burnt food at the bottom of ther pots! Its very lightweight and dishwasher safe too! You can put bigger pots on it and on a small gas ring, for long simmers. Great Gaget to have! (Have no idea why they call it a Simmer Ring Pan Mat. Paperback Version.
Its a paperback small size, not like the big hardback. My eyesight is not bad but i find it all cramed in. Would have liked larged book, also I think there are parts missing, but its a long time ago i remember reading it in libary.
