Cheap, por design and of low quality
Having seen other tables like this I was hopeful that this would be a good table at a realistic price.
Frankly I don't think paying any more for the same style would have significantly made any difference to the outcome of my experience.
The frame is aluminium and not well made. There are rough edges and the clips that hold it together are serious pinch points; especially for young children. The aluminium strip around the table top does not line up and has sharp edges.
The design does not make it easy to store the benches inside the table safely as the Velcro straps are fouled by the table legs and difficult to thread through the fittings. The benches are also narrow and easy to tip over when being sat on.
Alas the table top appears to be very fragile and made of hardboard. I doubt if it is anywhere near water resistant, let alone waterproof. Within 24 hours dropping a cup in the table top has cracked he surface badly. There is just no strength in the design or materials used.
Overall highly disappointed and if it had not been broken as a result of an accident with the cup I'd be asking for my money back!
