Better quality heat control is required,

Rather Tinny and its reflected in the heat transfer. All dependent on the plug-in electric thermostat ,Mine seems to be playing catch-up all the time. To produce satisfactory results one needs to be in constant attendance making adjustments. After all, you cannot lift the pan off the heat, the pan is the heat. Unable to tip the pan to pour contents is another problem for daiiy use ,however I accept this as part of the design and concept of a STAND ALONE work- top product Eg to sum up, forget omelettes.

First class, easy to follow. Quality book and a good Friend.

I wish I had come across this guitar guide earlier. It is very comprehensive and easy to follow.Heavyweight paper,spiral bound and included CD, what more could you ask for.For Scales, Chords and Strumming its all there.Suitable for Beginners and intermediate alike.
