Yes please

I was clueless about Indian cooking before this book. This book creates a great foundation to give that *flavor* we all crave. Of course the restaurants do more exotic things but this gets you VERY close. Especially the Everyday Yellow Dal. Great variety of things to keep you interested as well. Book teaches some new techniques as well that will stink up your house but in a good way! Hot oil is involved, unplug your smoke alarm lol. My copy is worn out. If you like Indian yours will probably wind up the same way.

I think I can review this....

I'm an electrician by trade, going on 15 years now. These are all I use, and I remove the spring. Small, compact, lightweight, sharp. I think they're great. Though every electrician has their own preference, these are mine. For the really snall stuff Klein has a version with red handles and I have those too; but for 90% of your work, these are fine.
