Totally useless!
The browning plate does not absorb sufficient microwave radiation during pre-heating and during cooking to facilitate browning. e.g. Pre-heating the browning plate, as recommended, at 800W for 3 minutes results in a lukewarm browning plate that can be touched quite safely with the hand!
You certainly couldn't fry an egg or sear a steak on that!
This means little or no browning during cooking. Also because of the unabsorbed microwave radiation there is a real risk of damaging the microwave oven's magnetron or significantly reducing its useful life during pre-heating. The unabsorbed microwave radiation has to go somewhere!
In summary, this is a totally useless product grossly misrepresented as a microwave browning plate. And as previously mentioned, frequent use of this plate could result in permanent damage to a microwave oven.
