Firstly, when you provide click and collect, there is a system, that you obviously haven't a clue about, you need to check out, as without the appropriate lable there is no tracking, without the recipient NAME on the pacage, the parcel could be taken by anyone. The guitar you said had been fettled by a luthier would not have applied varnish over the neck, nor polished rhe body with brown silicone boot polish, or tied the 6th string to the bridge instead of using the ball end.
