Good rake which picks up a bunch of shells
The rake does do a very good job of gathering a bunch of zebra muscle shells but it does not get them all. It is a lot better than using a traditional lake rake but don't expect it to get them all. The double wide is a must to reduce raking time. The rake is heavy. The assembly was easy and I reinforced the fiberglass handle at the connection to the rake to add durability. I chose not a good value simply because the rake is expensive but it is the only item on the market which meets this usage. It is a lot better at picking up zebra muscles than other rakes.

Great shoe
Ran in the same shoe for the past year. It was the first shoe I retired (of any model shoe) at 400 miles and not because something broke down.

Lasted
The same insert lasted all of last year and 400 miles of running.
