Obviously not refurbished as advertised

1. foam cover on both ear speakers disintegrated upon opening. 2. Earpieces fall apart and will not stay together as intended. 3. Microphone does not work. 4. Volume control does not work. The potentiometer is froze and will not rotate. This product was obviously not refurbished as advertised.
