You don't know is mushroom!!!
This product is the secret to enhancing the richness and flavour of many dishes, sauces and soups. I have used it for years and would highly recommend it. My son is a vegetarian who lives in India and I have sent it to him too. My only problem is that it is very difficult to find in supermarkets. Please do a promotion, it's a brilliant product.
