Not for me, unfortunately.
2 of 2 found this helpful Well its well built, but I find its flat shape makes it hard to use when fine movements are needed. I now realize that for me a more traditional shape, taller, would make a mouse fit in my hand and be more controllable. However its functions work well and it is good value.

The First was faulty but the replacement is OK
This item was assembled at the factory with a fault, the person assembling it should have rejected the tap unit at that stage, but no they let it go through. Swan this is unforgivable, your quality inspection is lacking. The replacement unit was fine and works as it should. The supplier 4indoors were very good, they sent a return sticker and following the return of the faulty Tea Urn sent out a replacement quickly. It was not there fault that a Swan worker had let it through.
I recommend the supplier but be sure to check out any Swan products that you buy.
