Does what it says on the bottle
1 of 1 found this helpful Works well. Recommended by another cold water swimmer. Make sure goggles are clean before use, and bring a bottle of water to rinse after you have applied teh spray and left it for a minute (as per instructions). UInstructions are absolutely tiny and I can just about read using reading glasses.The jet is a little strong so press carefully. Overall happy

Useful long term Achilles treatment
This item was recommended by a friend who had an Achilles problem. After I damaged both my Achilles I have found this an invaluable way to keep the tendon stretched. Are use it at work quite a lot under the desk and after walks and exercise to stretch valves as well
