Effective shampoo
Cleans hair squeaky clean, excellent after swimming pool, sea, or wearing lots of product. Smells good too!

Not quite as expected
This product didn't work for me as I was unable to get the tip into my ear enough to be of use. The handle the tip is attached to is slightly too wide for my ear and prevented me from inserting the tip properly. However, it may be fine for other users if they have slightly wider ear canals.....
If it does work for some, then it is very good value..... quality not brilliant, the handle is a bit rough where the tip joins, and I found it scratchy against my ear when I was trying to use it.
The plastic tip itself is nice and soft.
Plastic tips are advised for one use only due to hygiene.
Luckily the price is such that the purchase was worth the risk of it not working, for me.
