  Sent a laptop with a broken hinge, not shown or mentioned in ad, also CMOS/BIOS issues non working laptop, postage was also a carry on. Tried to met halfway but they refused, offered a return but only postage one way only , and so would again leave me out of pocket. Not a good experience. Won't be returning at my expense. Will either repair or bin. BUYER BEWARE was not honest with sale, nor very helpful in resolving. Why should a buyer pay for the postage to have sent/return when not as ad.
