Words and music combine
Having the album on vinyl, I wanted a copy on CD and the music is of good quality with fine musicians and from a productive era of Jackson Browne's work. It forms a middle way between his early songs and some later ones, some of which were perhaps too political,

Some festive fun
It's a novelty CD, handy for Christmas, although I bought it now out of interest, as then I was about to see Digance in concert. it offers some new Christmas songs for young and old. Not a classic album but pleasant for the festive occasion with lots of humour.

Jackson looking good
I had the album on cassette so needed to get it on cd. Some great songs, including Barricades of Heaven, and, as usual, the musicianship is first-class.
