Well worth it.
22-year-old plastic headlights which had gone quite brown and foggy now restored to such a good state as to be able to pass the MoT. I have seen it work on car black plastic trim. The permanence of the restoration I do not yet know, but the product's reputation on Youtube, and ease of use, is really second to none. Gently but firmly apply with a soft cloth, leave for 15 minutes, and buff off.
