  Very disappointed with seller. The heels / soles were clearly well worn and beginning to split yet were described as in excellent condition yet there were no photos of the heels funnily ebough. The seller refused to accept any responsibility and even blamed it on courier damage. He was condescending and bordering on rude. Therefore I had no choice but to get eBay to intervene - and they agreed with me.
