Would not sync with my Poweraster alarm

I can not make it sync with my power master alarm it doesn’t recognise it. Therefore I felt dissatisfied. However ADT technician sorted with a replacement at a cost however.

Can be temperamental and VAT not added

Got stung for VAT unexpectedly however not sure what could have been done so not really the fault of the supplier however the fobs can be temperamental and not function causing alarm to activate. A little frustrating
