Melted in the socket!
I had it plugged in with an iPhone and am in car fridge at the same time. After about half an hour I realised the charging light went out and the fridge wasn’t running anymore. I pulled the plug out to have a look and it was hot and the end had started to melt in the socket. Stopped using it straight away as I thought it could catch fire.
