Volvo v70 mk3
This is the best tool for fitting the left hand, near side rear trailing arm bush, that has extra length flat blade to carry the exhaust bracket. All the other makes ie. The slotted type will not fit as it's to long. The only way then, is to drill out the spot welds and remove plate. No need with this tool as it's perfect for the job.

Perfect fit of contour.
I was a bit dubious about these being genuine as they are half the price from volvo,
They fitted perfect but the top fastener was missing from the car and in the kit they are not the same fasteners that are on the car, but when I drilled that top hole it went straight through, on investigation it had dropped into an existing hole that volvo had done away with, in the kit supplied there are two nut plates to fit in this position one on the left and one on the right hand rear. Front ones fit perfect and I have ordered some green plastic volvo nut plates as I dont agree with metal to metal, ok when new but guaranteed to rust and seize up and rip the plastic bumper when removal is required.
Must say they look great and do a perfect job in protecting the paintwork of the sills and rear valance.
