Why did they leave out so much?
1 of 1 found this helpful It is a good book on the surface. Good photos. After reading it, I was looking for more. There were a lot of items that were left out and things that didn't really need to be in there. Armored vehicles and other transports aren't of much interest to most collectors and certainly not widely available to most collectors. Missing were a number of field gear items like the M-1961 USMC rig with the M-14 pouches and the belt they snap onto. Tan summer uniform items worn while in R&R or other occasions. Dress uniforms and accessories. Military Police items. Special forces. I just wish they would've taken this effort just a bit further.
