unwarranted delay in shipping
The battery is fine. However, the long delay in shipping it was unacceptable.

review of this hose reel over a period of say 5 or 6 years.
I have had another SunCast wall mounted hose reel for a number of years. It was exactly the same as this new one. However, the mounting frame broke right where it is mounted to the house. I do not think it is of a high-enough quality material to take the stress of using the hose reel. I was very disappointed with the old one so right now we will see how long this one will last.
