Gets the job done. A tool that everybody should have to save on jeweler's bills.
Very decent product. When I was a kid, I used a wrench to change my watch batteries, so this is definitely a step up!
The tool is not a luxury item but for an amateur, DIY usage, it is perfect.
The watch I used it on was a standard-sized male watch and it unscrewed the back without much effort and without damaging the metal. Mission accomplished.

The perfect descaling product I have ever found so far.
The package arrived on time and in good condition.
The crystals are very fine so it doesn't make any dilution difficult whatsoever.
I first used it to descale my kettle and after that, flush the resulting water into the toilet to remove calcium deposits in the bowl.
I used two large tea spoons of the citric acid and diluted it into approx. half a litre of water, let it boil. Unlike white vinegar, I didn't have to wait after the water started to boil. The kettle was good as new immediately!
After that, I went to the toilets with the kettle and emptied the steaming hot mix into the toilet bowl and left it overnight. The next morning, the calcium that was so difficult to remove with the brush or even with the Toilet Duck, was completely gone.
Added bonus of this product: it is nearly odourless and after a few rinse, any taste is gone, unlike the white vinegar that has a very particular smell and taste even after a couple of rinses.
I am a citric acid convert!

Excellent, large and robust chimney.
Received the LARGE chimney recently and tried it once. The item is sturdy, resisted the intense heat very well, and I can't see any reason why it wouldn't last many more BBQs.
The chimney works really well: I used some oil-soaked egg-box shreds for the bottom stage and the holes in the chimney worked really well and created an intense heat in no more than 5 minutes. Once the charcoal was bright red in the chimney, my charcoal was ready to be thrown in my BBQ and cook some delicious meat!
I can't believe I made so many BBQs and never used one of these.
