Plastic or Wood?
1 of 1 found this helpful I've seen a few of these combined seat and table sets, usually made of some sort of plastic and thought they're a good idea to keep in the motorhome for alfresco dining. However, I've also seen a few disasters when they've been sat upon and collapsed.
The Andes wooden one, although having some plastic parts is predominantly made of timber and perhaps stronger and also repairable.
I had an issue that was only noticeable once unpacked and wouldn't have been spotted by the seller. One of the table top slats on the edge was coming away from the framework beneath it, the glue hadn't taken. I sent a couple of photos showing the problem to the seller, to which he responded in minutes. He offered me a replacement table or a discount if I wished to retain and repair it. I took the latter course of action and used super glue to effect the repair and clamped the two parts together overnight.
The table set has been used several times since purchase and I'm happy with it and the seller.
