  The seller was not at fault with this. Evri failed to deliver the parcel as it was badly damaged! The seller provided me with a quick refund and I am extremely grateful. I was also sent photos of the damaged parcel and was shocked to see the terrible mess they had made. Evri need to provide the seller with a full refund.
