My first ever DSLR and venture into the world of digital photography, I owned a silver one back then and I have bought this one as a travel camera rather than lump my 5D around on holiday. A good inconspicuous camera for travelling, good build quality.

Oldie but goodie!
Thinking about getting the latest 16-35II 2.8? Keep your money and get the old 17-35L instead, super sharp and costs a fraction of the price. Some good used ones to be found on the likes of Ebay and other second hand camera shops. I know a successful wedding photographer who used this lens coupled with the "Magic Drainpipe" 80-200L and he swears by them. Got both and will be using them at my next wedding/pro shoot.
