  Bought these bars & rack, paid but then realised they were collection only, the seller allowed me to send a courier & I asked if they could be securely packed so no bits go missing, the seller said item too big but will make sure bits are sucure, I received these with three of the covers missing and no keys, I have had to replace the parts from BMW at a cost of over £50 (cost +VAT) as could not get elsewhere, not happy at all, seller not interested to help

  The item was for pick up only, however you arrange a carrier which I agreed to. Subsequently and unfortunately your carrier lost some items from the roof rack.
